You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement and that your membership in The Amazing Travel Club shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you and The Amazing Travel Club. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by The Amazing Travel Club. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in The Amazing Travel Club after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification.
These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of theamazingtravelclub.com and its members. theamazingtravelclub.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice. Emails- By joining The Amazing Travel Club you agree to receive emails from admin@theamazingtravelclub.com. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from admin@theamazingtravelclub.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commission info, etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, promotions or anything that The Amazing Travel Club needs to relay to all members.
Fees- Membership fees must be kept current. Any membership in arrears is subject to deletion. All referrals and account balances will be lost if your account is deleted.
Liability- The Amazing Travel Club is an membership site used to help it's members earn opportunities for worldwide travel. The Amazing Travel Club does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of monies that can be accumulated from The Amazing Travel Club program.
Policies- All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of The Amazing Travel Club. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold The Amazing Travel Club liable for any items or policies within this program.
Third-Party Liability- theamazingtravelclub.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
Illegal activity- Members may not present theamazingtravelclub.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by theamazingtravelclub.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.
Membership Cancellation- Membership at theamazingtravelclub.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. theamazingtravelclub.com will only cancel/terminate a membership if it is deemed that the member is operating in conflict with theamazingtravelclub.com terms and conditions.
Cancellation/Termination of membership- Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with theamazingtravelclub.com. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by theamazingtravelclub.com will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to theamazingtravelclub.com.
Disputes- Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.
Copyright Material- All branding, logos and graphics contained within theamazingtravelclub.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited.
Damaging Intent- Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to theamazingtravelclub.com and or its members will be terminated from theamazingtravelclub.com. Depending on seriousness, theamazingtravelclub.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
UCE/UBE or SPAM- theamazingtravelclub.com has a zero tolerance for spam and strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of theamazingtravelclub.com and for the benefit of all its members. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include the The Amazing Travel Club name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own double-optin subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.
Contact Information- It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. theamazingtravelclub.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
Tax- You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from theamazingtravelclub.com or any program promoted via the theamazingtravelclub.com program.
Refunds- No refunds are allowed! Make sure you understand what you are paying for before you pay.
Account Settlements- You must CLAIM your commissions and/or paid memberships yearly. You will receive an email from The Amazing Travel Club when your year end draws near. It will be your responsibility to respond to that email. Please be sure you are receiving all emails from The Amazing Travel Club. This could be a very costly email to miss as unused portions of your personal travel account will be deducted from said account after 18 months of deposit.
By joining and paying for any paid portion of The Amazing Travel Club, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.
The following are grounds for termination of your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for The Amazing Travel Club in emails.
To falsify user information provided to The Amazing Travel Club or to other users of the service in connection with The Amazing Travel Club.
To use the The Amazing Travel Club name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.
Do NOT promote your promotion page or any other The Amazing Travel Club advertising materials using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.
The Amazing Travel Club considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by The Amazing Travel Club terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit The Amazing Travel Club actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
The Amazing Travel Club reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, The Amazing Travel Club reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of theamazingtravelclub.com with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.
The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason.
